The Piperdoll Phoebe Elf has always been a fan favorite, and with the release of the silicone version, I suspect it’s going to be an even bigger hit than before. This doll has everything: she’s light, incredibly sexy with her big, soft boobs, nice round hips, and bubbly butt. The silicone edition from Piperdoll is clearly meant to be a “De luxe” offering, bringing even more realism and durability to an already popular model.
But as much as I love this doll, she does come with some drawbacks.

HER SKIN
Piperdoll’s silicone skin is a mixed bag. On one hand, it has no smell and is far more resistant than TPE. However, it’s also around 40% harder than their regular TPE skin. This firmness can be a bit of a shock if you’re used to the softness of TPE, but it does have its advantages—mainly durability. The skin is much more resistant to damage, which is a significant plus if you’re looking for longevity.
The breasts, surprisingly, are very soft—softer, in fact, than those on the TPE version. This was a pleasant surprise because I initially feared that the firmness of the silicone would carry over to the breasts. Unfortunately, when I bought my doll, the soft butt option wasn’t available. Without this option, the butt is much too hard and not realistic at all. I’m looking forward to trying the soft butt option in the future to see if it makes a difference.
HER SKELETON
The skeleton in the silicone Phoebe Elf is another area where Piperdoll has made significant improvements. On top of their already excellent EVO skeleton, they’ve upgraded the fingers, which were a weak point in the TPE version. The result is a doll with enhanced articulation and stability, making her easier to pose and less prone to damage.
HER WIG
Piperdoll’s wigs were already great, but they’ve even upgraded them for this silicone edition. The hair fibers are thicker and more durable, making them easier to comb and style. It’s clear that Piperdoll intended this silicone edition to be a premium offering, and the wig quality is a testament to that.
One thing I truly appreciate about Piperdoll is their honesty in promotion. The doll you receive looks exactly like the one in the promotional pictures. There’s no excessive makeup or heavy-handed Photoshop work—what you see is what you get, which is a big plus in this industry.
HEAD
Like all Piperdolls, the head of the silicone Phoebe Elf is seamlessly attached to the body, which enhances her lifelike appearance. The head looks exactly as it does in the promotional material, with no surprises. However, there’s one major drawback: the head has no oral capabilities. There’s simply no hole in the mouth, so oral sex isn’t possible. This is common with silicone heads, but it’s something to keep in mind if that’s important to you.
EYES
Anyone who owns a sex doll knows that adjusting the eyes can be a real pain. With the silicone edition, however, Piperdoll has developed a very clever eye mechanism. You just need to push on the pupils with your finger, and you can easily position them exactly how you want. This simple but effective innovation makes changing the eyes’ position much easier and more enjoyable.
LABIA
Piperdoll’s labia design remains consistent across their dolls—while not the most realistic on the market, they’re well done. The pink coloring is a nice touch, and the butthole is also colored, which adds to the realism. However, there’s a significant issue with the silicone labia and butt: they tend to tear. Many users, including myself, have experienced this problem, and unfortunately, Piperdoll’s response has been that these dolls are “more for display than sex.” This is a major drawback if you’re looking for a functional doll rather than just a display piece.
HOLLOW BOOBS?
One area where the silicone Phoebe Elf excels is in the breast design. The doll comes with gel-filled boobs as standard, and they feel very natural. They have a nice jiggle and softness that makes them incredibly lifelike, which is impressive given the firmness of the rest of the silicone body.
FINAL THOUGHTS
The Piperdoll Silicone Phoebe Elf is a fantastic doll, significantly higher in quality than the already impressive TPE edition. However, the firmness of the silicone skin might not be to everyone’s taste, and the issues with tearing in the labia and butt are concerning. Despite these drawbacks, the silicone version offers unparalleled realism in her facial features and durability, making her an excellent choice for those who value these qualities.
If you’re primarily looking for a display doll or one with a lifelike appearance, the silicone Phoebe Elf is hard to beat. But if you’re seeking a more functional doll for regular use, you might want to consider these factors before making a purchase.
